By accessing or using LoanLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LoanLens is a loan repayment projection and visualisation tool. The Service allows mortgage brokers to create loan projections and share them with clients, and allows clients to explore repayment scenarios.

3. Not Financial Advice

LoanLens does not provide financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice.

All calculations, projections, schedules, and scenarios provided by the Service are estimates only and are intended for general informational and illustrative purposes. They should not be relied upon for making financial decisions.

Actual loan repayments, interest charges, and outcomes may differ materially from the projections shown due to factors including but not limited to: rounding by your lender, changes in interest rates, fees, loan terms, payment timing, and individual lender calculation methods.

You should always seek independent professional financial advice from a qualified and licensed adviser before making any financial decisions.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the calculations or projections provided by the Service are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoanLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

6. Broker Accounts

If you create a broker account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

7. Shared Projections

Brokers who share projection links with clients are responsible for ensuring their clients understand that projections are estimates only and do not constitute financial advice. Shared projection links may be accessed by anyone with the link.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
